Goodwin v Superior Court - Court of Appeal - 4/23/04
Client charged with conspiracy to commit murder and the murders of "car racing legend and world land speed record holder" Mickey Thompson and his wife. Case has been depicted on "Unsolved Mysteries," "America's Most Wanted," and "48 Hours." After almost two years of litigation, appellate court ordered entire case against client dismissed.
